Purchased two of these chairs. They are extremely comfy. Ease of build is 'average' although it is advisable to lookup UTube assembly instructions. Have deducted a star because there were bolts/nuts missing from one of the packs which, had I not had some in stock, I would have been unable to complete assembly. Product quality is good although there does need to be a better product control process re accessory pack. Disappointed that covers were not an optional purchase.
