Delivery Times & Rates:

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of product(s) ordered, the courier used, and the delivery address.

All delivery dates are estimated subject to stock availability, delivery location and correct customer details provided. We reserve the right to alter or amend estimated delivery dates or times in exceptional circumstances. All items are despatched from our UK warehouse.

Delivery providers we use are;

-Couriers eg. DPD, Yodel, Parcelforce, Royal Mail etc. (Usually 1-3 Working Days)

-Rawlings Transport (Pallet Track)  (Usually 1-3 Working Days)

-Goods Emporium Own Delivery Fleet  (Usually 1-3 Working Days)

 

Delivery charges vary depending on the products and service selected, and they are non-refundable. Delivery charges will be clearly indicated during checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within estimated timescales, but delays may occur due to unforeseen factors or product availability. Goods Emporium is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales. If you're replacing existing goods, we recommend not disposing of them until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage.

You agree that the goods can be delivered without a signature (proof of delivery will be provided) and assume the risk for the security of the goods after delivery.  We cannot be held liable for the security of goods once they are delivered.

For non-palletised deliveries, if there is no response during the delivery attempt, our carrier will make multiple attempts to redeliver the goods. If they are unable to deliver the goods, they will be returned to us, and you will be charged additional costs. If you request re-delivery, an additional delivery charge will apply.

For palletised items, you must accept a mutually pre-arranged delivery time/date ("Scheduled Delivery"). You are responsible for providing adequate delivery instructions, ensuring access for the delivery team and their vehicle, and being present or having a responsible adult present to accept the delivery. If you cause a failed delivery attempt due to failure to fulfil your responsibilities or for any other reason, we may charge you for the unsuccessful delivery attempt, storage costs, and redelivery fees if applicable. These charges are for providing an additional service and are non-refundable.
